Carsten Meier's "No.7 (Portal)" is a prominent feature of the exhibition.  A UV-lamp hung from the ceiling switches on and off automatically, providing artificial sunlight intended to keep the moss alive for the duration of the installation.  The mat below the moss helps to preserve and/or provide adequate moisture, as well.  Visitors are asked to remove their shoes before treading on the moss or entering the tent.  Photo taken by Alberto Torres.
